RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:

Purchases made on www.shopwesternstatescatgear.com may be returned within 30 days of shipment or purchase if item(s) are unwashed, un-worn and in new condition with all original accessories and tags still attached. Must be accompanied by a valid order number. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. Refunds are given for the price on the original order and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges will not be refunded. For merchandise purchased in store you will have to come in to process a return at any one of our locations.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are available in-store only. Item(s) should be unwashed, un-worn and in new condition with all original accessories and tags still attached.
